These Terms govern your access to and use of www.thebastart.in (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the website.

1. Eligibility

If under 18, usage must be under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Responsibility

You accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Products

We aim to display products as accurately as possible. Due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations in color or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.

We currently accept prepaid payments only via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

You confirm you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping and return policies are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy available on the Platform.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including designs, illustrations, text, logos, images, and graphics — is owned by The Bastart Studio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

Attempt to interfere with site security

Upload harmful or malicious content

Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Platform

Violation may result in termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
